DB FAMILY SELECTION PINOT GRIGIO, DE BORTOLI 75CL

Low yielding, young vineyards and a splash of Riesling to add some lift to the Grigio. The tropical notes of lychee and apricot, together with aromas of jasmine and citrus, are well balanced with the fresh and long mouth feel. The wine is then kept on fine lees for 3 months to help intensify the flavours and add texture to the palate. Complement this wine with seafood, vegetarian dishes and goats cheese.
