Yes, is a legal alcohol Click & Collect service in Abu Dhabi. Our customers have the guarantee that they are receiving authentic products that have been transported in climate-controlled conditions and are sold at competitive prices.

Who is eligible to use the Click & Collect service?

To use you must be over 21 years of age. You will just be required to present a valid Emirates ID or Original Passport

Does offer a home delivery service in Abu Dhabi?

No, we do not currently offer a delivery service.

What are Spinneys Bev store hours?

How long will it take until I can collect my order?

Once you place your order online, it will take 4 business hours until your order will be ready for collection from the store you have selected.

Can I collect from a different store than the one I selected when I placed my order?

No, you will need to cancel the original order and place a new order online if you wish to collect from a different store.

How long will you keep my order for?

We will keep your order for 7 days, if you do not collect your order within 7 days we will notify you via phone / email that we will be refunding your credit card for the order.

Is there a charge for using the Click & Collect service?

No, there is no charge for using the Click & Collect service. The service has been set up to offer our customers a convenient shopping experience.

Do I need to order a minimum value?

No, there is no minimum value that you need to order when using the Click & Collect service.

Do I need to pay Municipality Tax?

Yes, the purchase of alcohol in Abu Dhabi is subject to 30% municipality tax. Please note that the municipality tax is only applicable on alcoholic products.

Do I need to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?

Yes, all orders are subject to 5% VAT, in compliance with UAE regulations. Please note that municipality tax is also subject to 5% VAT.

How do I pay for my order?

In order to process your order on you will be required to pay online through our secure payment gateway.

Can I pay cash or credit card when I collect my order?

No, we do not currently offer pay on collection, as the service has been set up so that customers can quickly collect their order from the shop, hassle free. 


Customer’s are welcome to browse the shop and purchase additional products at the time of collection.

How do I register and create an account?

Simply click the “Login/Register” on the top menu bar and this will take you to the account registration page. Alternatively, when placing your first order at the time of “check out” you will be asked to “Register” and create an account.

Are the products authentic?

All products are 100% authentic, through the approved Abu Dhabi distributor of your favourite international brands.   • All our staff will wear face masks and gloves and are trained to high levels of sanitization  before handling any products/orders.
  • Our team is trained to practice social distancing and therefore will stand at least 2m from customers in our stores
  • We have limited the number of customers we can have in our stores at any given time 
  • Customers can only enter our stores if they are wearing face masks and gloves
